What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you connect to the Wi-Fi network, you may register an account with us providing Name and Email address. We also store the MAC address of the device for automatic authentication on future wi-fi connections, only for your convenience. In case you choose to login using Facebook, we collect only the basic public profile information such as name, public profile picture, optional Email(can be hidden), and gender. The provided personal data is collected, managed and stored for marketing purposes only and will be retained indefinitely.
If you don’t agree with this privacy policy, you can still use the Wi-Fi service as an anonymous user and we won’t collect any data about you.
How we protect your data and who we share your data with
All the personal data is encrypted and securely stored on a web server. It can be viewed only through SSL protected administrative area with limited access.
The data is intended only for Hotel Astoria. We or "Smart-Fi” EOOD will never share it with a third-party.
We send part of the data to our company account at MailChimp where it is kept secure and encrypted.
What rights you have over your data
You can always view, export and delete your data by logging into the public address of this wi-fi portal, and visit the "Access personal data - GDPR” link at the bottom of the page.
